Notice
- All calls will be carried out through Zoom.
- Please make sure your Zoom email is correct when purchasing.
- The Zoom name you enter must match your account for your call to be completed.
- Please note that all sales are final and non-refundable.
- Please be ready for your call 10-30 minutes before or after your designated time.
- Calls will be carried out in a timely manner, however delays and changes can affect the scheduled times.
- If the call fails to connect, we will try one more time. If it fails again, we will attempt to call you once more later in the calls. After that, the buyer will lose their chance for their call. There will be no refunds if you miss your call. Thank you for your understanding.
- Please check all your settings (video/sound) before the call begins. StarUp and the artist will not be responsible for any technical issues on the buyer’s end of the call. Once a call is connected, it is up to the artist to decide if the call will be attempted again should it fail due to the buyer’s internet connection or environment.
- This purchase is for the buyer only. If more than one person is on the call, the call may end early.
- The artist reserves the right to end the call early if the conversation or what is done on the call is deemed inappropriate or makes them uncomfortable. There will be no refunds if your call is terminated early because of this and you may be banned from future events. Please be respectful.

 

Digital goods will be emailed within a week after the event. If there are any delays, the digital goods will be shipped on or before April 5th.
